The MOTSOA brand, logos, interfaces, databases, texts and graphics are protected. Unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited.
06Services offered
MOTSOA offers three main services:
1. Vehicle and spare parts sale/purchase. 2. Vehicle rental: connecting owners with renters. The price is set by the owner. MOTSOA does not collect rent. Fuel not included. 3. Vehicle importation: connecting clients with verified importers. Arrival at Douala or Kribi port. TAG Services SARL does not handle customs, duties or post-port delivery. The service is free for clients.
Users may hold multiple roles (seller, renter, importer). Phone verification is required to publish. Accounts start on a free starter plan; paid plans may be introduced later.
07Liability
MOTSOA is a marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, renters and importers. TAG Services SARL is not a party to sale, rental or import contracts between users, except paid plan / promotion services purchased on the platform.
